Pileup closes 401 at 403

There was a big mess on highway 401 near Woodstock earlier Wednesday evening — a crash there that involved a number of vehicles.

It happened in the eastbound lanes near the Drumbo Road exit. And the crash closed lanes on the highway for some time. It caused a backup affecting travel on the 403 as well.

Reports had it at more than 20 vehicles involved in the crash including several large trucks. But so far there’s no reports of any serious injuries.
