Wonder & Thunder to take tourists through Niagara gorge

Niagara Cruises has announced the names of the two catamarans that will replace the Maid of the Mist this summer.

They will be called the Niagara Wonder and the Niagara Thunder. They were chosen after an online contest asking the public for suggestions.

Submissions came in from all over the world. The two winning entries came from a kindergarten class in Chippewa and a man from India.

The ships will be giving visitors tours of the falls starting this spring.
