Four people, dog stabbed in east end

A 27-year-old Hamilton man is in custody after four people and a pug were stabbed last night in Hamilton’s east end.

Two of the victims are still in hospital with critical injuries. The other two people and the dog received less serious injuries and are expected to recover.

The attacker was tasered and injured during the arrest. The Special Investigations Unit is looking into how Hamilton Police carried out the arrest.
