Body found in Simcoe

Norfolk County OPP are investigating after a body was found in Simcoe this morning.

Police say city workers found the body of a middle aged man on Lower Wellington Street near a pump house around 9:30 am. The man was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The investigation is still in the very early stages, and officers are still trying to determine what led to his death, and whether it was suspicious.
