Three dozen snakes will be up for adoption, starting Wednesday.

Officers stumbled on them in a Thorold home during a drug raid. 88 rats, three reptiles and four cats were also seized.

The resident has re-claimed the cats, but the remaining animals are looking for new homes.

The Lincoln County Humane Society is looking after the snakes right now, but as of Wednesday at 10 am, they will be available at Petland, 318 Ontario St in St Catharines.
