Cold alert issued for Hamilton

It’s been a harsh winter in Hamilton, and it seems like more cold weather is on the way.

The city’s Officer of Health has issued a cold weather alert for tomorrow, and it is expected to last until Tuesday.

Cold alerts have also been issued for Halton region and the city of Toronto.

These alerts are called when temperatures are expected to drop to at least -15 degrees, or -20 with the wind chill.
