(Updated) According to Bell, 95 per cent of customers affected by yesterday’s service disruption have their phone and internet connections back.

Company officials say crews working near Caroline and Elizabeth Streets in downtown Burlington mistakenly cut an important line. Bell expects that everyone should get their service back today.
