Temple arson suspects in court

Christopher Pollard and Damien Marsh were in court for a first appearance for arson and other charges. Ryan Scott is also charged, but was not in the courtroom this morning.

The temple was targeted just days after the 9/11 attacks in the United States. A mosque was also vandalized. The fire has been described as a hate crime, and is believed to be part of the anti-Muslim backlash sparked by the terrorist attacks.

Another court date has been set for next month.
