Twenty Valley Winter Winefest

Jordan Village is surrounded by the wineries of the Niagara escarpment, making it the perfect place for a Winter Winefest.

Wine lovers were in downtown Jordan on Saturday sampling what the area has to offer. Even PC leader Tim Hudak was out for the festivities.

All weekend there’s red, white, sparkling and icewines to try. There’s also cooking demonstrations from Food Network stars, Chef Danny Smiles and Chef Chuck Hughes.

The Twenty Valley Winter Winefest will continue at noon on Sunday.

Admission is free, and tokens to sample food and wine are $3.25 cents each.
