Weapons concerns lead to lockdown of Hamilton mountain high school

A scare for students in Hamilton this morning at Sir Allan MacNab high school. The school went in to lockdown when social media posts suggested a gun or knife was on school property.

Hamilton Police responded to the threat and found no weapons and no students were arrested. The lockdown was initiated at around 11 am.

Even though it turned out to be nothing, the experience still left students shaken.
