The 24th annual Children’s Festival was held at Spencer Smith Park.  This event which offers just about anything a kid could want on a hot summer afternoon is completely free and draws a bigger crowd each year.  This year’s festival featured a kids marketplace, play zones, crafts and themed shows. Community groups helped to make the annual event a success. The Burlington Children’s Festival has been recognized as one of the top 100 festivals and events in Ontario.
