It can be terrifying to watch; worse to experience; and nearly one out of every 100 Canadians goes through it on a regular basis.

At one time people with epilepsy were committed to insane asylums. It was an affliction, that no one wanted to discuss. But times have changed, and if there was any particular day to talk about epilepsy, this would be it. Scot Urquhart tells us why:
