Pretrial motions will start October 19th for a case involving a Hamilton pediatrician.

Dr Dan Marshall is charged with two counts of sexual assault and one each of sexual exploitation and sexual interference. The charges were laid while Marshall was being sentenced for a previous sexual assault conviction.

In 2013, Marshall was found guilty of inappropriately touching a teenage boy decades ago. He’s appealing that conviction.

The trial will begin immediately after the pre-trial motions, and is expected to last two weeks.
