Air Force Day

It was Air Force Day at the Canadian Warplane heritage museum Saturday.
More than 60 aircraft were on display for hundreds who went to visit the museum including the CF-18 hornet and there was also a collection of vintage military aircraft.
Likely the most famous allied bomber of the second World War – the Avro Lancaster was also on display – there are only two in flying condition worldwide.
The event was also an opportunity to meet current members of the Royal Canadian Air Force, learn about their experiences and hear about the future of flight in Canada.
