Hamilton police have released the descriptions of two suspects now wanted in connection with the murder of 42-year-old Dwayne Bride over the weekend.

Police say Bride was at a business at Wentworth and Main sts. until 1am Saturday morning. Around 2:30am he had a fight with two men on bikes in front of a Bay street south building which led to a resident throwing eggs at them all. Police say it does not appear Bride knew his attackers.

Police said Bride suffered injuries caused by a sharp edged weapon. He was found in the area of Hess st and Bold st just before 3 am.

The first suspect is described as a white man, between 16-20, 120-150 pounds, with short light hair. He was wearing a grey hoodie, cargo shorts and light coloured sneakers. He rode a newer mountain bike.

The second suspect is also a young white man, between 15-20, 120-150 pounds. He had short brown cropped hair and wore jean shorts and a purple or burgundy hoodie with a possible logo and a fresh egg stain on the back. He was also riding a newer mountain bike.

The suspects were last seen biking east on Bold street from Bay.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Homicide Unit.
