Several customers injured during armed robbery in Oakville

Halton police are searching for two men and a woman after multiple customers were sprayed with a noxious substance during an armed robbery in Oakville.

Police say two men carrying handguns entered the Guardian Pharmacy at 1235 Trafalgar Rd. around 8 p.m. Monday.

A number of people inside the pharmacy were sprayed with a dangerous substance before the two men took an undetermined amount of cash and prescription drugs. The suspects fled to a waiting car being driven by a woman.

The victims were treated by paramedics at the scene and some were taken to hospital for further care.

Police described the female suspect as white, in her 20s, with long black hair and was driving a small white car. Investigators say both male suspects were described as white, and one of the men appeared to be in his 20s, with a thin build and short, buzzed blonde hair.
