Touch-a-Truck brings residents and city workers together

Up close and personal is what GTHA residents got at the 5th annual Touch-a-Truck event in Burlington.

Residents and their families got an up close look at a variety of city vehicles including fire trucks, ambulance, police cruisers and snow ploughs.

Kids got a chance to climb up and look inside the vehicles and even sat in the drivers seat.

The event was held during National Public Works Week to recognize the work of city employees.
