Baby feeding guidelines tweaked

An update by Health Canada to infant food guidelines.
The changes advocate meat and meat alternatives, right from the start. In the past, the recommendation was iron-fortified cereals for babies at six months, followed by vegetables, then fruit and finally meat. But ensuring babies have solid sources of iron each day has led to the guideline tweaking.
