Police say Thorold Stone Road in Niagara Falls, Ont. will remain closed for several hours due to a gas leak.

Crews have been working on the problem since 1 a.m. and have yet to determine a cause.

Police have blocked off Thorold Stone Road between Sinnicks Avenue and Portage Road and it will likely remain closed until noon.
