Toronto Police have continued their search for 22-year-old Simeon Harty in Hamilton.

Harty is wanted for first-degree murder in Toronto’s 57th homicide of the year, a drive-by shooting on Oct. 27 in Scarborough that killed 23-year-old Kevin Nicholas Gidden.

Police were led to Hamilton after finding Harty’s vehicle early Sunday morning. They said that they have reason to believe that Harty is still in the Hamilton area.

Investigators said that they have urged Harty to find a lawyer and turn himself in.
