Drinkiing water may reduce headaches
Regularly sipping water may reduce the severity of headaches and migraines.
Researchers recruited more than 100 people with mild to severe headaches.
They were given advice on how to ease their pain by reducing stress, improving sleep and avoiding caffeine.
Half the patients were also told to drink 1.5 litres of water a day for three months.
Those who did found that they had less pain.
