The flavour of some foods might make you feel better.
Previous studies have shown chocolate, strawberries and food with Omega-3 fatty acids can have positive effects on mood.
Now researchers say the effect may be in the flavours of such foods, which are chemically similar to valproic acid, which is prescribed as a mood stabilizing drug.
Tea, raspberries and blueberries may also have a similar effect.
