Eliminating the deficit

The province owes $308 billion and it will take some time to eliminate, but the province is planning to take care of the deficit in the near future.  Simply put, the deficit means the government is still spending more money than it’s taking in during a fiscal year. This will be the 9th straight budget that has as deficit and the Liberals say that it will be the last.
