A Burlington landowner is still fighting to get his property cleaned up after the fatal VIA Rail train derailment in Burlington seven years ago.

Bryan McNair says his soil and water table are still contaminated from almost 5000 litres of diesel fuel that leaked out of the locomotive in 2012, as it lay overturned on his property while officials investigated the crash.
