Ontario Provincial Police are searching for a suspect who was captured on a surveillance camera after police received a second report of a man flashing a woman.
OPP says a woman told investigators she was sitting in her vehicle in a parking lot on Rest Acres Rd. in Brant County Thursday afternoon.
“The suspect then walked to the front of the SUV and removed his clothing and then exposed himself. He then walked to the rear of the SUV and put on a pair of swimming shorts,” said OPP in a news release.

Police say the victim contacted police after she read about a similar interaction that took place in Norfolk County on Aug. 3. A woman called police after she was flashed by a man while sitting in her vehicle in a parking lot on Queensway East.
Police say the man got out of a white SUV and exposed himself to the woman before fleeing the area. He then came back and flashed the woman a second time.
Officers arrived on scene but could not locate the man or his vehicle.
Police believe the same person is responsible for both incidents.
He is described as being tall, roughly 20 to 30 years of age, with muscular arms and short dark hair. The SUV was pulling a single Seadoo on a trailer that was covered in a black tarp with “spark” written in grey lettering. It was being held down by orange straps.
Anyone with information that could help police is asked to contact OPP.
