Heat wave continues into the new week

The hot, humid conditions in Southern Ontario are expected to last at least two more days. A heat warning from Environment Canada remains in effect.
Temperatures are expected to soar to the low 30’s Celsius through Sunday and Monday. Overnight low temperatures are expected to remain above 20 degrees.
There may be a brief respite from the heat as showers or thunderstorms are possible both days.
Once again, people are being advised to drink plenty of water, stay in a cool place if possible and never leave people or pets in a parked vehicle.
A slightly cooler air mass is expected to arrive Tuesday.
