Hamilton Paramedics cram two ambulances with toys

The count is in and Hamilton Paramedics set a new record today with their toy drive for City Kidz.

They raised over $7,000 in cash and crammed two ambulances with toys in just 7 hours. In comparison to past toy drives, the paramedics raised nearly $4,000 more than last year’s event.

The 2018 Hamilton Paramedic Toy Drive took place at the Walmart on Centennial Parkway today and the founder of City Kidz is thankful for the large donation.

All of the toys were delivered to City Kidz and unloaded by the paramedics and volunteers.

There were hundreds, if not over a thousand toys.

This is the 15th year paramedics have partnered with City Kidz to fill ambulances with toys and to collect cash donations in support of kids in Hamilton to give those less fortunate the gift of Christmas.
