Some Canadian radio stations are freezing out a popular Christmas song over what some consider inappropriate lyrics.

CBC Radio, Rogers Media and Bell Media say they’ve decided to pull the controversial holiday favourite “Baby, it’s cold outside” from their playlists this year.

The 1944 duet has been under recent scrutiny in the wake of the #MeToo movement. Many have voiced concerns over tune’s lyrics where one singer tries to convince the other to stay inside including.

The song won the Academy Award for best original song in the film “Neptune’s Daughter” and has been covered by numerous artists including Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Lady Gaga. The pair flipped the gender roles in a performance for Lady Gaga’s 2013 holiday special with the Muppets.
