CP Holiday Train rolls into Hamilton Wednesday

The Canadian Pacific holiday train is chugging into Hamilton’s Gage Park Wednesday night.
It’s a holiday tradition that’s in its 20th year and raises donations for food banks across North America.
It features 14 rail cars decorated with hundreds of thousands of lights.
The Sam Roberts Band and JoJo Marson are performing.
The train left Montreal Sunday and will arrive in Gage Park at 7:45 p.m. Wednesday.

It’s a free event but people are being encouraged to make a cash or non-perishable food donation to Hamilton Food Share.
There are several road closures around Gage Park because of the event.
People are being encouraged to talk public transit or carpool.
