Man, 46, dies after suffering a medical episode behind the wheel

Halton Police have provided an update to a fatal crash in Milton last night saying a 46 year old man from Mississauga was killed after suffering a medical episode behind the wheel.

Halton Police responded shortly after 7 p.m. to a single vehicle collision on Highway 25 between Number 5 and Number 10 Side Roads.

Police say the 46 year old was traveling north when his silver Honda Civic left the roadway and entered a nearby field.

Passing motorists stopped to try and help the driver until emergency crews arrived. The man was taken to hospital but died due to the severity of the medical condition he experienced.
