Flu season is upon us and it’s time to get vaccinated. Most pharmacies in Ontario offer free flu shots, but the flu shot alone won’t keep you and your loved ones healthy.

Lisa Hepfner participated in a test at Hamilton General Hospital to look at how bacteria collects on our hands and how it takes a proper wash to prevent the spread of germs.
