Liberty Mutual Insurance in the U.S. and Students Against Drunk Driving say new year’s eve has the highest percentage of admitted teen drinkers for a single event.
Ten per cent admit to driving under the influence on new year’s eve.
That compares to 6% on prom night and 4% after graduation parties.
