Health gap expanding with age
People born after 1980 are experiencing more health disparities than their parents and grandparents.
Researchers in the U.S. studied surveys filled out by thousands of people from 1984 to 2007.
Participants were asked to rate their own health.
They found the gap between the healthiest and least healthy adults has grown larger with time and is expected to continue.
Researchers say differences in income have increased over the past three decades which may be contributing to the gap in health.
