Duncan warns of spending cuts

The tone – for the most part – was bleak.
Ontario finance minister Dwight Duncan presented the province’s fall economic statement this afternoon. The key message: Ontario will have to reign in spending, after pulling in three quarters of a billion dollars less than expected this year.
