Forge FC to represent Hamilton in new soccer league

Hamilton soccer fans will soon be able to cheer for their home team within the Canadian Premier League.
Forge FC will represent the Hammer in the newly formed CPL.
The league is expected to kick off in early 2019 and will be Canada’s top tier men’s professional soccer league.
The Forge are the sixth franchise to join the league.
Calgary, Edmonton, Halifax, Winnipeg and York Region already have teams, while Victoria and Ottawa are expected to join.
The Forge will play at Tim Hortons Field with a reorganized seating plan and capacity for 14,000 spectators.
