Convicted killer Dellen Millard stands trial in father’s death

Convicted killer Dellen Millard returns to court Thursday to face a third murder charge.
Millard is charged with first-degree murder in the death of his father Wayne.
The 71-year-old was found dead in 2012.
The death was initially ruled a suicide but two years later, police charged his son with murder.
He has pleaded not guilty and will be tried by judge alone.
Millard is already serving consecutive life sentences for two other murders.
He and his friend Mark Smich were found guilty of first-degree murder in the deaths Tim Bosma and Laura Babcock.
