Even with the cold we have been experiencing, some people in Hamilton say it is important to keep active when you can.
That includes getting some fresh air outside. Our temperatures have hit some pretty brutal lows this past week, so people took advantage of the warmer weather today and went outside to get some much needed exercise after staying indoors this week.
While it is important to get exercise and fresh air, it is also important to keep warm. it is recommended if you begin feeling exhausted or light headed, to get back indoors, get warm, and stay hydrated.
