St. Catharines man charged in sexual assault investigation involving a child

A St. Catharines man has been charged following an investigation into the sexual abuse of a child.

Niagara police began their investigation until December 2020.

They say the alleged incidents occurred in Niagara Falls between 2017 and 2018 and involved the sexual abuse of a female victim under the age of 16.

Jordan Alexander Bolger, 29, of St. Catharines has been charged with sexual assault and sexual interference.

Police say he is in custody on an unrelated matter.
