A new listing in Hamilton is garnering lots of attention online for more reasons than one. The home off Aberdeen Avenue is in *terrible* condition but is listed for $500,000. The listing agent says she expects several offers – and wouldn’t be surprised if it sold for over asking in this hot market. Kelly Botelho reports.
