Reason for some optimism as Covid-19 case numbers drop

Piece of encouraging news the daily case numbers are once again lower. Daily cases were well above 3,000 13 days ago. But they clearly drop from there, and remain lower throughout this week, with the province reporting 2,359 new cases today. While the case numbers are in fact decreasing, it doesn’t necessarily suggest a swift reopening in Ontario. Dale Manucdoc reports.
