City asking vendors at the Hamilton farmer’s market to pay up for deferred rent

For nearly 200 years the Hamilton farmer’s market has been a gathering place for foodies and entrepreneurs alike. However, the pandemic has reduced foot traffic and now the city is asking vendors to pay up for deferred rent and some in the community fear that this could be the beginning of the end.
