The cost of homes in Hamilton, Halton, and Niagara are soaring to new heights with bidding wars becoming the norm on almost every listing. Real estate experts say people are flocking from their condos in Toronto, and have no problem spending well above the asking price for a bigger home with a backyard. Kelly Botelho reports.
