Niagara police are investigating an armed robbery in St. Catharines on New Year’s Day.

Police received a call for a robbery in the area of Queenston St. and Church St. around 4 a.m. on Jan. 1.

When they arrived on scene, officers saw multiple people fleeing from the area.

Two male victims had firearms pointed at them by two unknown men.

Detectives are asking anyone with information to contact them at 905-688-4111 ext. 1008429.
