An independent commission is calling for urgent changes in Ontario’s long-term care homes

In Ontario, a commission was created to help keep people living in long-term care homes safe during the second wave. Today that commission released its recommendations which include, stronger leadership, stricter enforcement, and focused inspections. Kelly Botello has the story.
