CDC set to change COVID-19 quarantine guidelines

The U.S. Centres for Disease Control is planning to change COVID-19 guidelines.

The CDC is set to shorten the recommended length of quarantine after exposure to someone who is positive for the virus.

The new guidelines will allow people who have come in contact with someone infected with the virus to resume normal activity after ten days, or seven days if they receive a negative test result.
