Two Niagara men rescued in last Friday’s storm are being slapped with the bill

Two Niagara Falls men will be paying the price for going around a barricade and getting stuck on a flooded street in Port Colborne during Friday night’s storm.

As Adam Atkinson explains, the town’s fire chief calls their actions “stupid” and is sending them the bill for the rescue.
