Apple to fight HTC
Apple is accusing HTC, Asia’s second largest smartphone maker, of patent infringement.
Apple claims HTC is infringing on five patents related to software architecture and user interfaces in portable electronic devices, hardware for touch screens and movement sensors.
The complaint may end up halting U.S. imports of HTC’s phones and new flyer tablets.
This is the second complaint Apple has filed against the Taiwan-based company.
