Halton’s top doctor says there’s still time to reduce the severity of the 2nd wave

Outbreaks are growing in Halton and case numbers continue to rise, the region’s top doctor is asking residents to make modifications and stop doing some activities that are still permitted. The new guidelines were introduced today in hopes of avoiding a reversal to stage 2. Nicole Martin reports.
