Fort Erie woman who killed a two year old child is given early parole in Hamilton

A Fort Erie woman convicted of killing a two-year-old girl in 2011 has been granted day parole in Hamilton, after serving only 9 years of a life sentence. People who know Rainbow Hill, have signed a petition to keep her behind bars. Adam Atkinson reports.
