Niagara Police make two more arrests in Niagara Falls assault

Niagara Regional Police have arrested two men who were wanted in an assault in Niagara Falls earlier this month.

Police say a man was attacked outside a convenience store in the early morning of Sept. 21.

The man was treated in hospital for serious injuries and then released.

He was assaulted again later that morning.

 

Police arrested two men and one woman and released security images of two others wanted in connection with those attacks.

On Tuesday, police arrested those two men.

Harley James Henderson, 36, of Niagara Falls has charged with aggravated assault.

Ernest Steven Simon, 32, also of Niagara Falls faces the same charge.
